The outer case/box of the product is solely for the protection of the goods inside. Minor damages such as folding marks, scratches, or discoloration on the case/box are not subject to compensation claims.

Your order will be shipped only after all products in your order have arrived at the store (20-30 days after product release, with all reservations for additional delays).
Depending on the versions, the contents (cover, photo album, mini book, photocards, posters, etc.) in the official album box may vary.

[Returns]
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fees may apply for items that have been opened, unsealed, or not returned in new condition. Please read our Return Policy.
